….and yes I've opened a ticket with the support. I had already done all of the steps they recommended prior to opening a support ticket because, you know, google exists. I did all of it again, and the device is doing the same thing. The left controller disconnects and spins into the environment. No its not the batteries.
Best Buy has a 15-day return policy so they were not willing to do anything.
So now I wait until the email only support for a $500 device decides to respond at their leasure.
Had I know the support was going to be this bad I would have never purchased the device in the first place.
