I've been having this year long email chain with oculus about the upcoming thefacebook login requirement. After hearing nothing from them since 11/2020 I got an email today about not being able to access purchased content. It's very boilerplate and reads like a mass email.
They offered me a refund, without knowing what the issue is. are they trying to refund the Rift S itself? that can't be right. they must be trying to refund some software they think I bought? Funny story, I've never bought anything through their marketplace, it's all on Steam.
they don't have a customer service, so I'm here looking for help from whatever bot the oculus team has scanning this forum.
